“SHAKESPEARE MACHINE” Den Nationale Scene, Norway 1993

Shakespeare’s plays “Love’s Labor’s Lost”, “Titus Andronicus” and “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” were performed in the same space together with Heiner Müller’s “The Hamlet Machine”. In the work process prior to the realization of the scenography I painted some metaphorical paintings in order to enter the fantastic shakespearian universe. The paintings are permanently exhibited in Firenze at the La Fattoria la Loggia art centre for playwrights.
